I had the chance to see a screening of this film earlier this Summer at the Newport Beach Film Festival and what a treat it was!
I'm a huge fan of modern architecture and Julius Shulman was the man who's vision captured these architects works in a whole new light.
Julius is my hero, he exudes a joy for life that is so contagious that everyone he meets can't help but cheer up around him! You'd never guess from watching this film that he was pushing 100 years old when this was shot.
I know Julius will be missed greatly by many, but his contribution to modern architecture is undeniable and his images will live on forever.
